黃志民,現(xiàn)任美國Adelphi大學(xué)商學(xué)院教授,偉德國際1946bv官網(wǎng)徐特立講座教授。兼任Journal of Management in Modelling 的主編, OMEGA: International Journal of Management Science、Asia-Pacific Journal of Operational Research的副主編,以及American Journal of Operations Research和Technology and Investment等多份國際期刊的編委,主編了Annals of Operations Research、International Journal of Society Systems Science等多個(gè)雜志的特刊,同時(shí)為30多個(gè)國際性雜志及許多基金和出版社審閱論文和書稿。
長期從事供應(yīng)鏈管理,銷售系統(tǒng), 數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析(DEA), 效率分析,多目標(biāo)決策,博奕理論,合作廣告等領(lǐng)域,并做出了貢獻(xiàn)。在管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)、運(yùn)籌等一流學(xué)術(shù)刋物上共發(fā)表文章70多篇,其中大多數(shù)發(fā)表在決策科學(xué)、數(shù)量經(jīng)濟(jì)、系統(tǒng)科學(xué)和生產(chǎn)率學(xué)科排名前3的頂級(jí)和著名學(xué)術(shù)期刊上,有1篇論文收集在由世界著名管理經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家Cooper等編輯的《數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析手冊(cè)》(Handbook of DEA)一書中。與運(yùn)籌學(xué)泰斗、管理科學(xué)創(chuàng)始人Charnes和Cooper發(fā)展了數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析有關(guān)理論和模型,他們發(fā)表的文章中有5篇?jiǎng)?chuàng)立了經(jīng)典理論,有2篇建立了經(jīng)典模型,而以他們名字命名的“錐比率”Cone Ratio DEA模型和“滿意度”Satisficing模型被學(xué)術(shù)界認(rèn)為是最有影響的DEA模型之一。截至2016年6月,根據(jù)Web of Science統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),黃志民教授共有40余篇論文被SCI和SSCI檢索,并被1,284篇論文引用;根據(jù)Google Scholar統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),共有60余篇論文被檢索,并被4,356篇論文引用。
黃志民教授曾作為主持人、聯(lián)合首席主持人、核心研究成員等先后承擔(dān)和參與了美國國家科學(xué)基金、中國國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、中國國家自然科學(xué)基金重大國際合作項(xiàng)目、中國國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、中國科技部國家攻關(guān)計(jì)劃、美國聯(lián)邦銀行監(jiān)管會(huì)基金、中國全國經(jīng)濟(jì)普查重點(diǎn)研究課題等數(shù)十項(xiàng)重要研究項(xiàng)目。曾獲得Emerald最佳作者供獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)(2014)、第四十界決策科學(xué)(Decision Sciences Institute)年會(huì)最佳論文獎(jiǎng)(2009年),第XVIII界ACME國際會(huì)議最佳論文獎(jiǎng)(2008年)等多項(xiàng)學(xué)術(shù)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
