偉德國(guó)際1946bv官網(wǎng)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,能源與環(huán)境政策研究中心副主任。長(zhǎng)期從事環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程、環(huán)境管理以及相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)方法與復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)建模研究。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金杰出青年基金、優(yōu)秀青年基金和面上項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃課題、國(guó)家長(zhǎng)江生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)修復(fù)聯(lián)合研究中心項(xiàng)目、企業(yè)合作項(xiàng)目等。在The Innovation,  Nature Communications, Engineering, Environmental Science & Technology,  Global Environmental Change等國(guó)內(nèi)外重要期刊發(fā)表論文100余篇,研究成果在國(guó)家水網(wǎng)電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃建設(shè)、環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施布局優(yōu)化、煤化工企業(yè)減污降碳等方面獲得應(yīng)用,為生態(tài)環(huán)境部、國(guó)家發(fā)改委、三峽集團(tuán)、中國(guó)水環(huán)境集團(tuán)等國(guó)家部門(mén)及企業(yè)提供決策支持。獲貴州省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)科技創(chuàng)新青年突出貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)、中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)學(xué)會(huì)青年學(xué)者獎(jiǎng)等榮譽(yù)。兼任中國(guó)環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)青年科學(xué)家分會(huì)副主任委員、中國(guó)“雙法”研究會(huì)能源經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理分會(huì)常務(wù)理事等學(xué)術(shù)職務(wù)。擔(dān)任SCI期刊 Resources, Conservation and Recycling(2024年IF 11.2)副主編、Journal Of Cleaner Production(2024年IF 9.7)副主編。
