張弛，工學(xué)博士，教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，偉德國(guó)際1946bv官網(wǎng)管理科學(xué)與物流系，2019海外高層次人才引進(jìn)計(jì)劃青年項(xiàng)目入選者，兼任偉德國(guó)際1946bv官網(wǎng)國(guó)際組織創(chuàng)新學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)助理；兼任SCI一區(qū)期刊Applied Energy（IF11.2）副主編、柳葉刀倒計(jì)時(shí)亞洲中心副主任、Environmental Research Letters編委（IF6.7）。聯(lián)合國(guó)開發(fā)計(jì)劃署（UNDP）可持續(xù)發(fā)展青年項(xiàng)目合同聘用專家顧問(wèn)、聯(lián)合國(guó)兒童基金會(huì)（UNICEF）氣候環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)委員會(huì)委員。
主要研究方向?yàn)闅夂蜃兓c健康經(jīng)濟(jì)、能源環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理、可持續(xù)發(fā)展與全球治理、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)。相關(guān)成果以第一作者及通訊作者發(fā)表在包括Lancet Public Health, Applied Energy, Energy Conversion and Management等國(guó)際知名期刊上，相關(guān)論文入選ESI高被引文章；研究論文成果被WHO引用并寫入《COP29氣候與健康問(wèn)題特別報(bào)告》。主持并參與多個(gè)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、863計(jì)劃、國(guó)際科學(xué)研究基金；撰寫多份政策報(bào)告，相關(guān)建議被吸收采納入健康中國(guó)行動(dòng)2022年工作要點(diǎn)。作為第一作者與牽頭人，起草撰寫發(fā)布中國(guó)首部針對(duì)高溫天氣下公眾安全戶外活動(dòng)的國(guó)家團(tuán)體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《高溫天氣下戶外極限運(yùn)動(dòng)及探險(xiǎn)活動(dòng)指南》已在國(guó)內(nèi)外期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文40余篇，累積IF400+。擔(dān)任Applied Energy, Energy Conversion and Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, Ecological Economics等國(guó)際知名學(xué)術(shù)期刊評(píng)審人，國(guó)家留學(xué)基金委評(píng)審專家，中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金評(píng)審專家。2024年獲iCANX全球青年科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)。
