2023年10月5日上午,莫納什大學(xué)教授、澳大利亞社會(huì)科學(xué)院院士李應(yīng)芳教授應(yīng)邀做題為“Building a sustainable ecosystem of human resource management (HRM) research: reflections and suggestions, and tips for publishing in top HRM journals”的學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告。報(bào)告由偉德國(guó)際官網(wǎng)組織與人力資源管理系王瀛老師主持,趙先副院長(zhǎng)及線上線下100余名師生參加。
李應(yīng)芳教授從技術(shù)導(dǎo)向、企業(yè)導(dǎo)向、社會(huì)導(dǎo)向以及員工導(dǎo)向四個(gè)方面對(duì)人力資源管理領(lǐng)域研究的主要發(fā)展變化進(jìn)行了概述,并指明了當(dāng)今人力資源管理研究的熱點(diǎn)話題。李教授還結(jié)合自己作為期刊編輯、審稿人的經(jīng)驗(yàn),分享了在頂級(jí)人力資源管理期刊上成功投稿和發(fā)表的關(guān)鍵因素,針對(duì)來(lái)自中國(guó)的稿件的拒稿原因進(jìn)行闡釋并給出建議,以幫助廣大師生增加在頂刊上發(fā)表文章的機(jī)會(huì)。報(bào)告結(jié)束后,幾位博士研究生將自己的研究進(jìn)行報(bào)告,與李教授進(jìn)行了深入交流與探討,也得到了李教授的建議與指導(dǎo)。線上、線下的師生紛紛表示從本次報(bào)告中得到很多啟發(fā)和收獲。
李應(yīng)芳教授簡(jiǎn)介:
Fang Lee Cooke (PhD, University of Manchester, UK) is Distinguished Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) and Asia Studies at Monash Business School, Monash University, Australia. She is also a Fellow of the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia. Her research interests are in the areas of strategic HRM, knowledge management and innovation, outsourcing, international HRM, diversity and inclusion management, employment relations, migrant studies, HRM in the healthcare sector, digitalization and implications for employment and HRM; climate change, energy transition and the future of work; Sustainable Development Goals and the role of multinational firms. Fang is the recipient of the Dean’s Award for PRME Research Excellence (2018) and the Dean’s Award for Research Excellence (2011), Faculty of Business and Economics, Monash University, Australia. She was also a DAAD (German Academic Exchange Scheme) Visiting Professor, Georg-August-Universit?t Goettingen, Germany (2016). Fang Lee Cooke is a panel member, of the United Nations Environment Programme-International Sciences Council (UNEP-ISC), Foresight Expert Panel (2023-2024).
